Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Services (e.g. coaching, group programmes):
If you requested that performance of the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
Digital content (e.g. downloads, audio or PDF files):
The right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun, after you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the withdrawal period has expired and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
